A list of exam objectives, sample questions, and a thorough study guide can also be accessed at the Symantec website.
Three main areas of information will be covered:
1. Performance troubleshooting and monitoring. Participants must identify the tools, processes, and functions used in the analysis of system performance and explain specific troubleshooting/recovery methods for different scenarios.
2. Managing storage. Participants should know how to use Storage Foundation to maintain and manage different aspects of storage, like viewing and managing disks, adding a file system, and resizing a volume.
3. Basic concepts. Participants will be asked to describe dynamic multipathing, identify virtual objects created by Volume Manager, and identify virtual storage layout types, among other concepts.
