SOA S90.01 : Fundamental SOA & Service-Oriented Computing Exam
The SOA S90.01 Fundamental SOA & Service-Oriented Computing examination is a 60-minute exam that will cover fundamental terms and concepts related to service-oriented computing and other processes. It can be applied as a requirement for numerous Certified SOA certifications.
SOA offers two ways of training for the SOA S90.01 exam. One includes a self-study training kit, which includes a module booklet, study guide, flash cards, and other resources. The other includes a one-day in-class training course, which provides a well-rounded overview of service computing and related concepts. Participants should understand the concepts and principles of the service-orientation design paradigm. Architecture and related services should also be understood. Participants must be familiar with computing terms, goals, and general concepts of the program, in addition to the service delivery life cycle (which includes analysis, design, and modeling). Participants should be able to describe project delivery planning/approaches and current/upcoming technologies, such as Cloud Computing, Service Virtualization, and REST.
