SOA C90.01 : Fundamental Cloud Computing Exam
The SOA C90.01 Fundamental Cloud Computing exam is a 1-hour exam that will discuss fundamental terminology and concepts of cloud computing. It is applicable toward the Certified Cloud Professional, Technology Professional, Security Specialist, Storage Specialist, Governance Specialist, and Architect certifications. The exam must be taken at an official Prometric testing center.
Candidates can prepare for the SOA C90.01 exam in one of two ways: by taking the Fundamental Cloud Computing in-class training course or by purchasing the related self-study kit. Both will cover all exam information, while the latter will also include a study guide, flash cards, textbook, and additional training materials. The exam is only available in the English language.
On the SOA C90.01 exam, participants will be required to understand the benefits, risks, and challenges of cloud computing. Participants must be able to define a cloud and cloud characteristics, identify the business value and ROI of cloud computing, establish architecture using common cloud computing techniques, and spot emerging trends and innovations within the field. Other specific information, such as delivery and deployment models and implementation mediums, will also be tested.
