PMI PMI-RMP : PMI Risk Management Professional Exam
The exam number for the PMI Risk Management Professional test is PMI-RMP. This certification for this test will validate that a candidate has expertise and competency in assessing and identifying project risks, mitigating threats and capitalizing on opportunities, while still possessing a baseline knowledge and practical application in all areas of project management.
In order to take the PMI PMI-RMP exam, a candidate must have an appropriately related bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3, 000 hours of project risk management experience. This exam will contain a range of 170 questions, and a candidate will be allotted 210 minutes in which to complete the exam.
The content of the PMI PMI-RMP exam can be divided into four primary categories. A candidate can expect to be tested on Risk Communication, Risk Analysis, Risk Response Planning, and Risk Governance. Risk Analysis is going to comprise the largest portion of the exam. Study guides will be provided to candidates in order to help them prepare for the test.
The PMI PMI-RMP exam is currently available only in the English language. It should be noted that language aids are currently not available for this test. It should also be noted that study or reference material will not be allowed on the examination site.
