Oracle 1z0-872 : MySQL 5 Developer Certified Professional Exam, Part II Exam
The Oracle 1z0-872 MySQL 5 Developer CP exam (Part II) is a 90-minute test with 70 total questions. A score of 60% or higher is required to acquire the Oracle Certified Professional, MySQL 5 Developer certification, which is targeted toward candidates who will be developing applications that use MySQL as back-end storage. The recommended training course from Oracle is MySQL for Developers. This exam is only available in the English language.
Participants should have solid knowledge of joins (including an overview and writing inner and outer joins), views (including reasons to use views and creating/altering/checking/dropping views), and subqueries (including types, subqueries as scalar expressions, correlated subqueries, converting to joins, and using in updates).
As well, participants should understand import and export data operations and user variable syntax and properties. Knowing how to prepare a statement, how to execute/deallocate a prepared statement, and the benefits of prepared statements is necessary. Specific aspects and processes of stored routines, triggers, and basic optimizations should be understood.
