Oracle 1Z0-225 : Oracle EBS R12: Inventory and Purchasing Fundamentals Exam
The Oracle 1Z0-225: Oracle EBS R12: Inventory and Purchasing Fundamentals test is a 150 minutes exam with a range of 110 questions. In order to pass this test, a candidate will need to score a minimum of 60%. There are two primary sections on this exam: Inventory and Purchasing. There are 12 subsections to the Inventory section and 15 subsections to the Purchasing section. In order to prepare for this test, a candidate is encouraged to take the R12. x Oracle Inventory Management Fundamentals class or the R12. x Oracle Purchasing Fundamentals course.
The first portion of the Oracle 1Z0-225 test will examine a candidate's knowledge of Oracle Inventory. Just some of the topics that will appear on this portion of the exam include an overview of Oracle Inventory, Inventory Structure, Units of Measure, Lot and Serial Control, and the Issuing and Transferring of Materials. A candidate must be able to describe the processes used in each section, define the setup and maintenance of these items, and demonstrate how to use them as intended.
The second portion of the 1Z0-225 test will examine a candidate's knowledge of Oracle Purchasing. Two of the most important topics that will be addressed on this portion of the exam include the Procure to Pay Lifecycle Overview and the Oracle Purchasing Overview. A candidate must be able to describe the processes used in each category, describe the key areas, and describe how the Procure to Pay process fits into the Oracle E-Business Suite of applications.
