Oracle 1Z0-218 : PeopleSoft Human Resources 9 Fundamentals Exam
The Oracle 1Z0-218: PeopleSoft Human Resources 9 Fundamentals is a 120 minutes exam with a range of 70 questions. In order to pass this test, a candidate must achieve a minimum score of 66%. Just some of the topics that will be covered on this exam include Product Overview, Business Process Overview, and Setting Up Core Foundation Tables Related to Installation Settings and Companies.
A candidate of the Oracle 1Z0-218 test will be required to demonstrate extensive knowledge of how to set up Foundation Tables in regards to business units and tableset sharing, Foundation Tables related to establishments, locations, and departments, and Foundation Tables related to compensation. He or she must define the foundation table sequence related to the unique category, establish business and unit user defaults, and identify implementation and worker-level default options. It will also be necessary for a candidate to know how to add workers through template based hires and to maintain person and job data.
To prepare for the Oracle 1Z0-218 test, a candidate will have the option of enrolling in the Human Resources Rel 9 course, or they can choose to take the Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Implementation Boot Camp or the PeopleSoft Enterprise 9 Human Capital Management, Human Resources Consultant Certified Expert Boot Camp.
