The Oracle 1z0-147: Program with PL/SQL exam is part of the Oracle Certification Program that associates itself with certifications for PL/SQL Developer OCA and Advanced PL/SQL Developer OCP positions. 2. Creating Procedures- Participants in this exam should be able to define what a stored procedure is, and to list the development steps for creating a procedure. They will then be required to create a procedure and to describe the difference between format and actual parameters. They must be able list the types of parameter modes and the methods for calling a procedure with parameters. They will also have to describe the DEFAULT option for parameters.
