Oracle 1z0-140 : Oracle9i Forms Developer: New Features Exam
The Oracle 1z0-140: Oracle9i Forms Developer: New Features exam addresses certifications for Upgrade Oracle Internet Application Developer Rel. 6i OCP to Oracle Forms Developer. There are 44 items on the exam and participants have 90 minutes in which to complete it. Passing score is 64%, although this number is subject to change.
Exam topics include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Why Upgrade to Oracle9i/10g Forms? - Participants are required to describe the benefits provided by Oracle9i/10g Forms and to explain the reasons why Forms has been optimized for the Web. They are also asked to describe Oracle9i/10g Forms productivity enhancements. An explanation about the global deployment of Forms applications is required, as is an explanation for how Oracle9i/10g Forms provides integration features. Additionally, participants should precisely describe the openness of Oracle9i/10g Forms and explain how Oracle9i/10g Forms has been streamlined. The types of features removed from the product will be required explanation as well.
2. Designing Forms Modules Outside the Builder - Exam participants should accurately explain the batch methods of modifying Forms modules. Descriptions are required of the benefits of modifying Forms with a batch method. Participants must demonstrate they can use the Java API (JDAP) to modify Forms modules and explain the advantages of using JDAPI.
