Network Appliance NS0-156 : NetApp Certified Data ONTAP Cluster-Mode Administrator Exam
The exam number for the NetApp Certified Data ONTap Cluster Mode Administrator test is NS0-156. The ideal candidate for this exam will be one who has 6-12 months of experience in administering, implementing and/or troubleshooting Data ONTAP 8.0 Cluster-Mode features. This exam will also require a candidate to have field experience in C-mode Implementation.
The Network Appliance NS0-156 exam is going to contain an approximate range of 60 questions, and a candidate will be allotted 90 minutes to complete the test. General topics of the NS0-156 exam include Data ONTAP administration, data protection and high availability, amongst others.
In order to prepare for the Network Appliance NS0-156 test, a candidate is encouraged to enroll in the Data ONTAP Cluster-Mode Fundamentals (WBT) and Data ONTAP Cluster-Mode Administration preparation courses. Additionally, online practice exams will be made available to candidates in order to prepare. As aforementioned, field experience in C-mode Implementation will be critical to a candidate's success.
Subtopics that will be addressed in depth on this exam include how to set up and manage LUNs, how to set up and manage clusters/High Availability/Epsilon, how to manage and troubleshoot SAN performance, how to configure and manage iSCSI components, and how to configure, administer and troubleshoot CIFS.
