The Microsoft MB2-868 (Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Applications) exam, if completed successfully, will earn candidates the Microsoft Dynamics Certified Technology Specialist certification. It is ideal for individuals that will be implementing, supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server in the workplace. Skills and general knowledge related to CRM usage, Windows operating systems, Internet Explorer, and the customer relationship management process is highly suggested before taking this test.
To prepare for the Microsoft MB2-868 exam, candidates can enroll in any of four training sessions, all of which are offered through an e-learning session or classroom course. 2. Scheduling Applications. The ability to schedule and report/analyze service activities is required.
3. Marketing Automation Applications. Participants should be able to create and manage marketing campaigns (and campaign responses), report and analyze data, and identify core records.
4. Service Management Applications. Management of contracts, service cases, reporting, queues, teams, and the Knowledge Base will be tested.
