Microsoft MB2-631 : CRM 4.0 Customization and Configuration Exam
The Microsoft MB2-631 (CRM 4.0 Customization and Configuration) exam is a proctored exam that must be taken at a certified Prometric testing center (locations worldwide). It will fulfill the requirement for the Microsoft Dynamics Certified Technology Specialist certification, and can also be applied toward three other Microsoft Certified IT Professional certifications. The exam will cover information related to deployment configuration and feature customization, among other concepts.
Training for the Microsoft MB2-631 exam includes a three-day classroom training course, Customization and Configuration in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, and a four-day online training course of the same name. Before taking this exam, candidates should be familiar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, the Microsoft SQL Server, and relational database functionality. The exam is available in the following languages: English, Spanish, German, Japanese, Chinese, French, Russian, and Italian.
Participants should know how to customize different aspects of CRM 4.0, including entities and attributes, 1: N and N: N relationships, entity mappings, forms, and views.
