Microsoft 98-365 : Windows Server Administration Fundamentals Exam
The Microsoft 98-365 (Windows Server Administration Fundamentals) certification test is designed for individuals experienced in this field looking to cement their knowledge of server administration skills, concepts, and technology. It is a proctored exam that must be taken at a Certiport testing center. The exam is only available in the English language.
Windows Server 2008 will be the focus of this exam. Candidates should come prepared with hands-on experience and knowledge of major features and concepts, which can be learned via practice tests and online resources, such as the Windows Server 2008 learning portal, Microsoft Developer Network, TechNet, and product information, that can be accessed at the Microsoft website.
Participants will be required to understand key topics and concepts, including:
1. Server Roles and Installation. Participants must be able to describe server installation options and demonstrate an understanding of device drivers, application servers, virtualization, and Web services, among other server roles.

3. Storage and Active Directory. Knowledge of disk types, RAID, and other storage technologies is required. Questions about infrastructure, organizational units, accounts, and group policy will be asked.
