Microsoft 70-682 : Upgrading to Windows 7 MCITP Enterprise Desktop Support Technician Exam
The exam number for the Upgrading to Windows 7 MCITP Enterprise Desktop Support Technician test is 70-682. In order to be successful on this exam, a candidate will need to have a minimum of three years of experience installing, configuring, and administering any Windows operating system in a networked environment and at least two years of experience providing desktop, laptop, and mobile device support.
In order to prepare for the Microsoft 70-682 test, online practice tests will be provided by Microsoft so a candidate can familiarize themselves with the content of the exam.
