Microsoft 70-622 : Pro: Microsoft Desktop Support - ENTERPRISE Exam
The Microsoft 70-622 (Pro: Microsoft Desktop Support - ENTERPRISE) exam is for candidates who have experience as Support Technicians working in upper mid-sized organizations or enterprises that use Windows Vista. Candidates that have at least three to five years of experience as a tier-2 level or lead desktop support technician will be in the best position to succeed on this exam. The purpose of this exam is to measure the knowledge and understanding level of the technical skills required for the role of Enterprise Support Technician.
This is a proctored exam that is currently available in ten languages. A passing score of the Microsoft 70-622 exam will count as credit toward the Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Support Technician certification. Certification candidates will be expected to rely on a combination of work experience, educational course offerings, and training events in responding to the exam content. Although not a comprehensive list of exam topics, candidates should expect questions to address the following general content topics: Deploying Windows Vista, Managing Windows Vista security, Managing and maintaining systems that run Windows Vista, Configuring and troubleshooting networking, and Supporting and maintaining Desktop applications.
