Microsoft 70-178 : Microsoft Project 2010, Managing Projects Exam
Anyone taking the Microsoft 70-178 (Microsoft Project 2010, Managing Projects) exam should have an understanding on all aspects of how to build and maintain project plans. A truly prepared individual will be experienced in scheduling, estimating, coordinating, controlling, budgeting, running staff projects, and using Project for support purposes.
To prove their expertise, exam candidates will be tested on their ability to create a task-based schedule. This section of the Microsoft 70-178 exam requires those taking the exam to set up project information, create and modify a project task structure, build a logical schedule model, and create a user-controlled schedule. Additionally, those taking the exam will be required to manage multiple projects.
