Juniper JN0-660 : JNCIP-SP (Service Provider Routing and Switching, Professional) Exam
The Juniper JN0-660: JNCIP-SP (Service Provider Routing and Switching, Professional) exam is a 120 minute and 70 question long exam. Each JN0-660 exam is entirely multiple choice and administered at Prometric testing centers worldwide. Before taking the JN0-660 exam, potential exam takers must hold either the JNCIS-SP or JNCIS-M certification.
Additionally, before taking the Juniper JN0-660 exam, candidates should consider taking the following instructor-led courses: Advanced Junos Service Provider Routing (AJSPR), Junos Class of Service (JCOS), Junos Multicast Routing (JMR), and Junos MPLS and VPNs (JMV). Each set of JN0-660 exam questions comes directly from those training courses.
The JN0-660 exam is designed only to be taken by networking professionals who have prior experience with the Juniper Networks Junos OS. Taking the Juniper JN0-660 every two years is required in order to keep the JNCIP-SP certification current and valid.
During the exam, potential candidates may be tested on their knowledge of OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, Class of Service (CoS), IP Multicast, MPLS, Layer 3 VPNs, and Layer 2 VPNs. A candidate should be able to know the differences between OSPFv2 and OSPFv3, and they should know how to configure and monitor single-area and multi-area OSPF.
