Juniper JN0-632 : JNCIP-SEC (Juniper Networks Certified Internet Professional) Exam
The Juniper JN0-632: JNCIP-SEC (Juniper Networks Certified Internet Professional) is a written exam administered at Prometric testing centers throughout the world. The exam runs for 120 minutes and contains 70 multiple choice questions. Prior to taking the JN0-632 exam, the exam candidate must have obtained the JNCIS-SEC certification. Additionally, the following training courses are recommended before taking the JN0-632 exam: Junos for Security Platforms (JSEC), Advanced Junos Security (AJSEC), and Junos Intrusion Prevention System Functionality (JIPS).
Each Juniper JN0-632 certification lasts for two years. At the end of those two years, recertification is only possible by passing the JN0-632 exam. Whether taking the exam for the first time or taking the exam only to become recertified, professionals should have advanced knowledge of Juniper Networks Junos software for SRX Series devices. Each candidate must have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced security technologies, along with the related platform configuration and troubleshooting concepts.
Specifically, advanced security policy, virtualization, advanced NAT, high availability, advanced IPSec, and IPS Initial Configuration will be covered on the exam. Additionally, qualified candidates will possess knowledge about IPS attack objects, scanning and reconnaissance, and blocking attacks.
