Juniper JN0-343 : JNCIS-ENT (Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist) Exam
The Juniper JN0-343: JNCIS-ENT (Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist) has been designed to validate the networking professionals' ability to deploy, configure, manage and troubleshoot Junos-based enterprise routing and switching platforms. Once this certification has been obtained, it will be valid for two years. Recertification will be based upon the current version of the exam.
The Juniper JN0-343 is a practical exam, which means that it will be administered in a hands-on format. A candidate can expect this exam to last approximately 8 hours. Before a candidate can take this exam, they must have already obtained their JNCIP-ENT certification. It is recommended that a candidate have extensive hands on experience before attempting to take the exam.
Because this is a hands-on exam, the topics that will appear on it will vary from one test to the next. Some topics that may or may not appear on the exam include System Services and Security, Ethernet Switches, Protocol Independent Routing, Class of Service, Multicast, and Interfaces, amongst other topics.
An example of one topic that might appear on the Juniper JN0-343 exam is Implementation. For this topic, a candidate would be required to define, identify, and configure loss priority, rewrite rules, shaping and policing, BA and MF classification, and drop profiles.
