Juniper JN0-120 : JNCIA-E (Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate) Exam
The Juniper JN0-120: JNCIA-E (Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate) is an exam and certification that has been designed for networking professionals with an intermediate knowledge of Juniper Networks E-series platforms. This written exam verifies the candidate's basic understanding of Internet technology and related platform configuration and troubleshooting skills.
The Juniper JN0-120 is a written exam that will feature a range of 60 questions, which will be presented in multiple choice format. A candidate will be allotted 60 minutes in which to complete the test, and in order to pass the exam, a minimum score of 70% must be achieved.
In order to prepare for the Juniper JN0-120 exam, it is recommended that a candidate enroll in the Introduction to Juniper Networks E- Series class or the E-Series Remote Access Server Configurations Basics course. Just some of the topics that will arise on this exam include E-Series Router Virtual Routers, Broadband Remote Access Services, Dynamic Configuration Mode, and PPP over ATM.
A significant portion of this test will be devoted to testing a candidate's knowledge of Operation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting. Here, a candidate will be tested on how to identify the redundancy options of an E-series Router, describe the E-series Router chassis and line module, and define the various switch fabrics and ATM buses, amongst other topics.
