iSQI IREB : IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering Exam
The iSQI IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering exam is available in one of three levels: IREB CPRE Foundation Level, IREB CPRE Advanced Level, and Expert Level (in preparation). This exam is currently available in English, German, and Spanish only. The target audience for this exam includes software designers, developers, and architects, among others.
In order to succeed in taking the iSQI IREB exam, a candidate is going to need to possess a basic knowledge in software development. The Foundation Level certificate is required for further steps of the IREB Certified Professional for RE Program. An individual who achieves this certification is familiar with the terminology of requirements engineering/business analysis and requirements management and understands the basic techniques and methods of requirements engineering and their application.
The iSQI IREB exam will be administered in a paper based format only. It will contain 45 questions that will be presented in multiple choice format. A candidate will be allotted 75 minutes in which to complete the exam, and in order to pass the test, a minimum score of 75% must be achieved.
Once a candidate has successfully passed this exam, recertification will not be necessary. Resources for training materials will be provided once a candidate has registered for the exam.
