IBM 000-736 : DB2 9 Database Administrator for Linux UNIX and Windows Upgrade Exam
This IBM 000-736 exam is for candidates who have experience with DB2 9 and have experience with intermediate to advanced tasks involving the daily administrative duties of DB2 databases. Candidates can use a passing mark on this exam, along with passing scores from exams 000-730 (or 000-700) and 000-701, to upgrade their DB2 UDB V8 DBA Linux, UNIX and Windows professional certification to the DB2 9 BDA Linux, UNIX, and Windows professional certification.
The IBM 000-736 (DB2 9 Database Administrator for Linux UNIX and Windows Upgrade) is a one-hour exam that has a total of 38 questions. Exam items will be arranged into six main sections of questions, with each section focusing on a specific topic. The following general topics will be featured on this upgrade exam: Server Management; Data Placement; XML Concepts; Analyzing DB2 Activity; High Availability; and Security. A passing score of 55% or greater is required for certification.
