This exam is necessary for the IBM Certified Advanced Technical Expert - Power Systems with AIX V2 and Systems Expert - Enterprise Technical Support for AIX and Linux V2 certifications. It is only available in the English language. The exam number for this test is 000-108.

Planning, Installation and Configuration, and Management and Monitoring are the areas that will be covered on this exam. Although no formal training is required for the completion of this exam, numerous resources are available for preparation, including an instructor-led online course, two "roadmaps, " and three IBM Redbooks. Please note that a certain level of "on the job" experience is required for successful completion. The required passing score is 62%.
