I am so glad I found TestsLive! Things are changing so much in my workplace. I was told that in order for me to keep my job, I had to have a couple certifications. HRCI GPHR Exam Description and Topics

The HRCI GPHR Global Professional in Human Resources certification has been designed for HR professionals whose professional responsibilities span national borders. This exam will certify that a successful candidate understands the methodologies behind globalization versus localization and will be able to establish initiatives that uphold their employer's reputation.

The HRCI GPHR exam is going to contain a range of 165 questions, and a candidate will be allotted 180 minutes in which to complete the exam. There will be several eligibility requirements that a candidate must meet in order to take the exam, including 2 years of demonstrated global professional HR experience with a Master's degree. 3 years of experience will be required if the candidate only holds a bachelor's degree.

The content of the HRCI GPHR exam will be split into five different categories. The first category is Global Compensation and Benefits. Examples of the subtopics that will arise in this category include developing, implementing, and assessing job valuation systems that align with global business strategy and managing and evaluating assignment related payments and payroll processes.

The other four portions of this test will include Workforce Relations and Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Development, Core Knowledge Related to Multiple Domains of Global HR activity, and Strategic Business Management.
