Support center professionals with supervisory or leadership responsibilities must not only possess fundamental technical expertise but also management and leadership knowledge, skills and capabilities. The HDI Support Center Team Leader (HDI-SCTL) certification is designed specifically to document the unique skills set required for success as a professional team leader in a support center enterprise. Candidates can validate that they possess the human resource management, technical knowledge, and management capabilities required for promoting individual team member, departmental or team, and organizational success through achieving the HDI-SCTL certification.
To earn the HDI-SCTL certification, candidates must pass a single, multiple choice, 65 question exam with a score of 80% or higher within the allotted 75 minute timeframe for the test. Recommended exam preparation includes focused study and training, as well as review of materials available to HDI members and non-members on the HDI website.
