If Only Everything Were This Easy

Customer service professionals working in call or support centers can document their customer service and technical knowledge and skills by earning the HDI-CSR, or HDI Customer Service Representative Certification. This certification demonstrates the candidate's ability to appropriately and accurately assess customer requirements and provide the right support to address those needs.

To earn the HDI-CSR certification, candidates must pass a single certification exam. The exam covers 65 questions in multiple choice format and requires a passing score of 80% for success. Though available and recommended, pre-exam training is not required. Free study materials are available for HDI members, or for purchase by non-members, on the company's website.
