Exin ITIL : ITIL® V3 Foundation Exam
The Exin ITIL V3 Foundation examination is a 60-minute exam with 40 multiple choice questions. Successful completion will earn candidates the ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management. The exam is designed for IT professionals or business managers who are associated with an organization that operates according to ITIL and who are interested in learning more about service management. A passing score of 65% is required.
Training courses should be taken in preparation for the Exin ITIL exam. Numerous publications will be used as sources for test questions the ITIL Service Strategy, ITIL Service Design, and the ITIL Glossary guides, among others. Although no prerequisites are required, completion of a training course is highly recommended. The exam languages, along with a preparation guide, can be found at the Exin website.
Participants will be required to know specific processes, functions, and roles of service management and how they contribute to the ITIL service lifecycle. A service strategy, design, and overall operation methods should be determined. Candidates should understand aspects of the service lifecycle, including structure, objectives, and the integration of processes. Participants must be able to grasp important concepts and terminology, principles, models, and related technology.
