Exin EX0-115 : IT Service Management Foundation based on ISO/IEC 20000 Exam
The Exin EX0-115 IT Service Management Foundation (according to ISO/IEC 20000) exam is a 60-minute test, with 40 total multiple choice questions, required for the ITSM Foundation in IT Service Management certification. It is part of the overall ISO/IEC 20000 Qualification Program, which features different components of ITSM. No prerequisite is required, although this exam acts as a prerequisite for higher-level exams.
