Exin EX0-114 : IT Service Management Foundation Bridge based on ISO/IEC 20000 Exam
The Exin EX0-114 IT Service Management Foundation Bridge (according to ISO/IEC 20000) exam is required to receive the ITSM Foundation Bridge certification and is part of the ISO/IEC 20000 Qualification Program, a series of connected exam that focus on the individual roles within IT Service Management. It is comprised of 20 multiple choice questions that must be answered within a 30-minute timeframe. Thirteen questions must be answered correctly in order to pass.
An instructor-led training course and computer-based training course are available to take. Exam literature includes two guides/textbooks and ISO/IEC manuals. Practice exam questions, a list of basic concepts, and in-depth exam guide are also available to download. Candidates must have earned an ITIL certification before attempting this exam. The ITSM Foundation Bridge certification is a prerequisite for higher-level exams in the qualification program. The Exin EX0-114 exam is available in several languages, including English, Japanese, Spanish, French, Italian, and Dutch.
The twenty questions of the Exin EX0-114 exam will involve knowledge related to the core concepts of IT service management and the purpose/benefits of the ISO/IEC 20000 and surrounding frameworks. Participants must be able to describe objectives, principle, and methodologies of the service management system and related planning and transitioning services. Also included will be information regarding the service delivery, relationship, control and resolution processes and their independent and interdependent relationships and requirements.
