EMC E20-860 : Network Attached Storage (NAS) Expert Exam for Implementation Engineers Exam
The EMC E20-860 (Network Attached Storage (NAS) Expert Exam for Implementation Engineers) exam is a 90-minute exam with approximately 65 multiple choice questions. It is intended for Implementation Engineers who are knowledgeable of NAS solution implementation and the related technologies. Successful completion of this exam will result in the NAS Implementation Expert certification. It is only available in the English language.
To prepare for the EMC E20-860 exam, candidates can take two training courses, NAS Performance Workshop and Celerra Replicator - CIFS Disaster Recovery, which will provide information and a review of major test subjects. Additionally, a highly-beneficial online practice exam can be taken. While all candidates will be provided with the same set of test questions, EMC employees and/or partners will have the option of taking an additional set of questions related to their specific role.
Participants should be knowledgeable of the following concepts:
CLARiiON performance considerations (including performance features and the data caching functionality)
Network environment considerations
EMC features - Participants should know how to analyze the performance impact of Replicator and SnapSure implementations.
Workload characteristics and impact on storage systems
Automatic Volume Management
Celerra - Participants should be knowledgeable of performance tools/statistics and the CIFS Disaster Recovery tool.
