CompTIA SK0-003 : CompTIA Server+ Certification Exam
The CompTIA Server+ Certification Exam (SK0-003) is a globally recognized credentialing exam for certifying server support capabilities of IT personnel. The SK0-003 Exam contains 100 questions and a score of 750 on a 100 to 900 scale is required for success. Ninety minutes are allotted for exam completion and the test is currently offered in four languages. Though there are no prerequisites for testing, 18 to 24 months experience with server technology is recommended, as is the completion of the CompTIA A+ Certification prior to taking the SK0-003 Exam.
The SK0-003 Exam measures the vendor-neutral skills and abilities of server support technicians, network managers and other IT staff in building, maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting servers, including related hardware and software applications. The exam questions additionally measure candidate abilities to handle disaster recovery processes and implement appropriate security procedures as well as initiate virtualization with any server.
