The Cisco Rich Media Communications Specialist certification requires passing the 642-481 CRMC and 642-437 CVOICE exams. The 642-481 is a 90-minute exam containing between 75-85 questions. Exam topics cover topics such as determining the appropriate design for integrating the Cisco Unified Videoconferencing solutions in a variety of video IP networking environments, describing the features, functions, and benefits of Unified MeetingPlace Express implementation, along with the information required to implement this solution for a customer. Other related topics will also be covered.
The 642-437 CVOICE exam is a 90-minute assessment of a candidate's ability to implement and operate gateways, gatekeepers, and Cisco Unified Border Element. Examinees will also be expected to demonstrate their knowledge of implementing Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express and QoS in a voice network architecture. Participation in the recommended corresponding training courses will prepare candidates for these exams.
