The successful candidate will have the skills necessary to administer a Cisco Unified MeetingPlace solution using user interfaces and protocols. This certification path will also train candidates to configure specific integrations using a variety of other applications.
Candidates seeking the Cisco MeetingPlace Support Specialist certification will be required to pass the MeetingPlace Support Specialist 642-274 exam. This 75-minute exam consists of 55-65 questions that will assess the participant's ability to identify customer needs and environment for a Cisco Unified MeetingPlace solution, position MeetingPlace as a customer solution.
