Cisco 642-467 : CAPPS v8.0 (Integrating Cisco Unified Communications Applications v8.0) Exam
The Cisco 642-467 CAPPS v8.0 (Integrating Cisco Unified Communications Applications v8.0) exam is a required component of the CCNP Voice certification. The primary purpose of the exam is to assess the candidate's knowledge of the principles involved with integrating Unified Communications Applications, which is part of version 8.0 of Cisco Voice software. Certification prospects can choose to have this exam administered in English or Japanese.
During the course of this 75-minute exam, candidates will answer between 60 and 70 questions that are divided into four main topic sections. The following list of sample topics is intended to help the preparation process:
-Implement Cisco Unified Presence Solution

Candidates are expected to configure Cisco Unity Express system settings, account policies, routing options, and subscriber templates. They should be able to import user accounts from Unified Communications Manager Express.
-Configure Cisco Unity Connection
Participants should know how to configure Unity Connection system settings, audiotext applications, call routing options, and partitions. They should also understand integrating Unity Connection with Unified Communications Manager and troubleshooting duties.
