Cisco 642-242 : UCCEI (Unified Contact Center Enterprise Implementation) Exam
The Cisco 642-242 Unified Contact Center Enterprise Implementation exam is ninety minutes in duration, and features sixty five to seventy five questions.
The Cisco 642-242 UCCEI exam is designed to test an applicant's knowledge of how to properly deploy a Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise solution. The test is a part of the Unified Communications suite that delivers network to desktop telephony and call routing, along with multi-channel contacting management to contact center individuals on an IP network. Skills that will be assessed in this exam include deploying capabilities, fault tolerance, processes, basic troubleshooting, and installation.
Multiple topics will be included on the exam for the purpose of testing an applicant's knowledge of the subject and analyzing their skills. Some of the topics include: describing different fault tolerance characteristics that exist in a Unified CCE solution, describing the installation processes for Unified ICM components that exist in a CCE solution, as well as possessing the capability to describe the processes, allowing configuration and installation of the Unified IP PG IVR.
Other topics with various subtopics that will show up on the Cisco 642-242 exam are: describing the configuration processes necessary for integrating a unified communications manager with the CCE solution, and describing the scripting process for the call flow.
