Cisco 350-060 : CCIE SP Operations Exam
The Cisco 350-060 CCIE SP Operations exam provides professionals with the certification to handle every aspect of Cisco SP Operations. All exams will be conducted in English at a Cisco authorized Pearson VUE testing center. The exam will consist of between 90-110 questions in a variety of formats. The Cisco exam uses multiple question types to assess an individual's skill level and to complete the certification requirements. The Cisco 350-060 CCIE SP Operations exam covers six different sections, starting with network fault management systems, performance and capacity, operations processes, troubleshooting and fixing reachability and transport problems within the network, identifying problems in implementation plans, as well as troubleshooting and fixing network performance problems. Management topics include fault management processes for a managed network environment, interaction between the fault management system and the ticketing system, methods for gathering appropriate metrics for an established fault management process, identifying spikes and potential trouble spots based on syslog output, identifying Network Management System and SLA metrics, and creating a baseline network performance in conjunction with engineering and architecture teams. Operations process topics include collaboration with the process team and NOC management, developing specific prototypes and test plans, and identifying the underlying causes of a complex reachability problem of unknown origin. General questions will cover simulated problems and require an evaluation of possible solutions.
