CIPS A10 : Measuring Performance in Purchasing and Supply Exam
The CIPS A10 "Measuring Performance in Purchasing and Supply" examination is obligatory for the Advanced and/or International Certification in Purchasing and Supply. The 142 total questions will cover all aspects related to performance measurement and improvement. The test can only be taken in the English language.
Prior to taking the CIPS A10 test, candidates should be knowledgeable of module content and learning objectives. The textbook associated with this exam is completely helpful in teaching all material that will be found on the exam. Careful and thorough review of the textbook will ensure that a good exam score will be reached. Practice questions will also be included to ensure that participants are grasping the material.
Participants must be able to measure the performance of the purchasing/supply function, the buyer, and the supplier. Knowledge of appraisal techniques, joint performance systems, added value, and service levels is required. Participants will be tested on their ability to improve performance and describe conventional performance measures.
