Checkpoint 156-315.65 : Check Point Certified Expert NGX R65 Exam
The Checkpoint 156-315.65: Check Point Certified Expert NGX R65 exam is required for the Check Point Certified Security Expert NGX R65 (CCSE NGX R65) certification. It is meant to advance the education and experience of security professionals and stands as one of the most well-respected and commonly-recognized certifications in the field. Because of the advanced level of knowledge that this exam will cover, the CCSA NGX R65 certification must be earned before candidates can earn this certification.
Candidates will be tested on knowledge of installation, advanced VPNs, gateway monitoring, and management. A two-day instructor-led training course will accompany the Checkpoint 156-315.65 exam and must be taken at an authorized training center in Pearson VUE centers worldwide. A textbook will go with the class; a table of contents, sample chapter, and course outline is available to view online. The exam is only available in the English language.
Participants should be knowledgeable of the following Check Point products: SmartCenter, SmartDefense, SmartConsole, ClusterXL, and VPN-1.
Participants must understand in-depth configuration and management processes relating to VPN-1 as an Internet security preference. Remote access should be properly configured, as should site-to-site/remote-access VPNs (using encryption technologies). Participants should be able to identify the features and disadvantages of High Availability solutions, deploy New Mode High Availability, and implement Office Mode.
