Checkpoint 156-215.71 : Check Point Certified Security Administrator R71 Exam
The Checkpoint 156-215.71: Check Point Certified Security Administrator R71 exam is comprised of questions related to the deployment and management of Check Point security software. It is required to receive the CCSA R70/R71 certification and will test knowledge of secure Internet communications, security policy configuration, and protection against network threats.
Before registering for this Checkpoint 156-215.71 exam, participants must enroll in the four-day CCSA R71 training course, which will go over all information presented on the exam (related to the configuration and management of Check Point Security Software Blades). Candidates must come with basic knowledge of networking, server skills, and the Internet. Overall experience of 6-12 months with Check Point products is suggested.
The following will be found on the exam:
1. Participants must be able to describe overall components and features of Check Point technologies (including Security Gateway Firewall, Smart Console, and Remote Access VPN).
2. Participants must present knowledge of security policies and methods, traffic/connections monitoring, and deployment platforms, and should be able to properly authenticate user management.
3. Participants should be familiar with the R70/R71 upgrade, CoreXL, VPNs, and encryption of content and messaging capabilities.
