Professionals with this certification must have expertise in the rules, policies, and practices of governance, and they must understand how to incorporate those concepts into SOA initiatives. As part of their governance expertise, individuals with this certification must understand concepts related to planning, domain definition, configuration management, review and appeal processes, funding models, service lifecycle evolution, and the creation of independent governance offices.
