The Blue Coat BCCPA: Blue Coast Certified Proxy Administrator V3.03 exam is the final requirement needed to receive the Blue Coat Certified Proxy Administrator (BCCPA) certification and must be taken in junction with the BCCPA two-day course. The test will cover the fundamentals of Blue Coat ProxySG
The Blue Coat BCCPA exam must be taken on-site at locations across the world. Finding a location and registration can be done at the Global Knowledge website. Prior to taking the course and exam, candidates must be familiar with basic networking principles and authentication methods. The course, which includes a thorough review of all major related topics and several hands-on labs, is required before taking this exam.
Participants should have a strong understanding of Blue Coat ProxySG fundamentals, components, and architecture. Participants must be able to apply general concepts to the administration of the product and explain how major functions and interfaces work. Additionally, knowledge of network security, WAN optimization, and troubleshooting is required.
