BCS BH0-009 : ITSM Foundation Certificate in Problem & Incident Management Exam
A candidate who takes the BCS BH0-009 ITSM Foundation Certificate in Problem and Incident Management exam can expect to gain a knowledge and understanding of handling complex issues, analyzing problems, making decisions, and how to avoid future problems with their field expertise. The BCS BH0-009 test is targeted towards individuals who require a basic understanding of the 5 rational processes and how they may be used to enhance the quality of Problem Management and Incident Management within the framework within an organization. In order to take this exam, a candidate must have a basic knowledge of IT, and must have attended a Kepner Tregoe® Problem & Incident Management workshop.
The BCS BH0-009 exam will contain a range of 40 questions, which will be presented in multiple choice format. A candidate will be allotted 60 minutes in which to complete the test, and in order to pass the exam, a minimum score of 65% must be achieved. If English is not a candidate's first language, they will be provided with a maximum 75 minute time allotment.
