BCS BH0-006 : ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management Exam
The BCS BH0-006: ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management will certify that a candidate has a firm knowledge and understanding of the IT service management best practices and processes and covers the underlying principles of service management and its foundation. The exam number for this particular test is BH0-006.
The target audience for the BCS BH0-006 exam is those who work in an IT environment where IT services are considered a core competency. There are no formal prerequisites for a candidate to take this exam; however, but accredited ITIL® Foundation training is strongly recommended for a candidate. The BCS BH0-006 exam will consist of approximately 40 questions, which will be presented in a multiple choice format. This is considered a closed book exam, and no training materials will be allowed in the room where the test is being administered. In order to pass this test, it is going to be necessary for a candidate to achieve a minimum score of 65%.
