Avaya 6202 : Avaya Aura Contact Center Implementation Exam
The Avaya 6202 Contact Center Implementation examination is required for the ACIS - Avaya Aura Contact Center certification. It will test basic to intermediate skills related to the installation and troubleshooting of Contact Center products.
Before taking the Avaya 6202 exam, candidates should have at least a year of hands-on experience with Contact Center and concepts that will be tested on the exam. As well, two years of experience with relevant and associated products is suggested. Two training courses - Avaya Aura Contact Center Installation and Commissioning (3608) and Avaya Aura Contact Center Installation, Administration, and Scripting Essentials (3621) - can be taken, as can a course revolving around version 6.2 of Contact Center.
The following test objectives will be found on the exam:
1. Participants should be able to prepare for installation. All steps and concepts related to installation and configuration of software, hardware, and firmware should be understood.
2. Participants must be able to troubleshoot common and advanced installation problems and test the implementation. Specific features and components of Contact Center products should be known.
