Avaya 3600 : Avaya Ethernet Routing Switch Implementation and Maintenance Exam
The Avaya 3600 Ethernet Routing Switch Implementation and Maintenance test is required to be certified as an Avaya Certified Support Specialist (ACSS) in the Ethernet Routing Switch credential. Candidates should have at least two years using these products and four years using related technologies in the given field.
The Avaya 3600 exam will test knowledge related to the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Avaya Ethernet Routing Switch. Two training classes, although not required, are essential for success on this exam: Converged Campus: ERS Solution Installation and Configuration (6721) and ERS Advanced Configuration and Maintenance (6722). Other classes can also be taken regarding specific knowledge and components of the technology.
Participants are required to have an advanced level of technical competence in support of Avaya Ethernet Routing Switch products. Successful participants will be required to display knowledge of product components, functions, and overall architecture. Information related to the employment, administration and maintenance of ERS will be tested. Participants must understand advanced troubleshooting procedures and favorably resolve customer concerns related to product technical aspects.
