ACI 3I0-010 : ACI Operations Certificate Exam
The 3I0-010 ACI Operations Certification examination is a 2-hour exam with 80 questions total, spanning ten areas of knowledge. International financial markets, the processes for efficient settlements, and related basic financial calculations of the Treasury Operations Department will be tested on this exam. Candidates should have knowledge of various topics and the latest developments associated with operations and settlement processes.
To prepare for this exam, classroom and online training courses are available in several countries and international regions. Enrollment information can be found at the ACI website. Also online are additional training resources, including textbooks, documentation, and other reading material; sample questions can also be reviewed for studying purposes. An overall passing score of 50% is required. The exam is only available in the English language.
Test topics include (but are not limited to):
1. Participants must briefly explain the essentials of a treasury system, as well as the data management and basic accounting of treasury operations.
2. Participants should be able to describe the qualities of foreign exchange and the major money market instruments, along with the associate responsibilities and settlement processes.
3. Knowledge of settlement and payment systems is required, as is a description of the payment and confirmation process associated with deal capture and trade entry.
4. Participants must know the necessary corrective action when problems arise relating to differing records and investigative differences. The ability to protect the business from related risks will be tested.
